I forgot my password

Use the password reset link from the login screen. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On the iOS app, subscriptions are managed directly through Apple. Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone and select CrawlSense. You can also manage Web subscriptions from Settings → Subscription after logging in.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from inside the iOS app (Profile → Delete account) or by emailing privacy@crawlsense.ai. See the full account deletion policy.

Push notifications aren't arriving

Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings → Notifications → CrawlSense and in the app under Profile → Notifications. If both are on and you still don't receive alerts, email support with your account email.

Connecting Google Search Console / Bing / Google Analytics

Open a site, go to Integrations and follow the OAuth flow for each provider. We never store your credentials — only the OAuth tokens scoped to the data we need.

Refunds

For iOS purchases, refunds are processed by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Web subscriptions, contact support@crawlsense.ai within 14 days of payment.
